A part-time employment contract carries fewer hours per week than a full time job that is a form of. They work in shifts, but remain on the call while off duty and during annual leave. Shifts are often alternately. Working part-time for at least 30 hours per week they usually work is considered.  According to the International Labour Organization, the number of part-time workers from a quarter to a half in the last 20 years has increased in most developed countries, except the United States.  There are working part-time, including the desire to do so, an hour by an employer to be cut back and be unable to find a full time job for several reasons. ILO Convention 175 requires that part-time workers than full-time workers be treated no less favorably

in some cases the nature of the work may require that employees be classified as part-time employee. For example, some amusement park closed during the winter months and for maintenance and office work only a skeleton crew to keep on hand. During the off season, as a result of the cuts in staff, employees who ride to work, run the gaming stands, concession or staff due to long months during which they may be technically employed, but time unable to stand down can be classified as part-time workers to work.
